You should suspect that you have no communication with the table top units if no table switches to green after start. If some, but not all tables, show green after start it could either be that some players are slow to log in, or that the base station does not reach these tables. |

Another reason why the tables do not log on as you expect is that their internal software (firmware) is not compatible because it is out of date. c.f. the Upgrade page. You can run the current event even if a message comes up telling you that the firmware is obsolete, but you should upgrade the Scorers as soon as the game is finished to prevent problems at future |
